He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Johnson and Dora Johnson (Summers); his son Randal Wade Johnson; and his siblings, Quinnton, Billy, Chester Johnson and Bonnie Reding.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Johnson (Hart); his children, Jerry Johnson, Jr. (Jaclynn) of Sherwood and Gina Carlton (Boyd) of Prim; his sister Sylvia Walker of Floral; and his grandchildren, Laura Brown, Tyler Johnson, Randon Carlton and Sarah Carlton. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
