He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert and Ester. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Brad Watlington (Nicole) of Floral, Wayne Watlington (Tami) of Jonesboro and Sandy Pennington (Rick) of Tennessee; and his siblings, Jackie, Ronnie (Laura), Christine, Diane (Steven), Marilyn (Phil), Carolyn (Ray) and Gail. He is also survived by his family, he leaves many wonderful friends.
