With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cathy Janiece Tharp Payne of Floral, Arkansas, born in Batesville, Arkansas, who passed away on September 13, 2021 at the age of 69. She was predeceased by: her parents, F. W. Tharp and Bobbie Lee Jefford Tharp; and her son Andy Payne. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Payne; her children, Jonathan Payne, Chasity Manry (Greg) of Batesville and Shelly Moser (Jason) of Batesville; her brothers, Keith Tharp (Linda) of Floral, Mike Tharp (Cathy) of Floral and Freddie Tharp (Crystal) of Floral; and her grandchildren, Payne Moser of Batesville, Casen Manry of Batesville, Juliana Moser of Batesville and Presley Payne of Fayetteville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
The family requests that all guests wear masks at the funeral service.
