He was predeceased by: his father Thomas J. Adams. He is survived by: his daughters, Alexandra Jeanette Adams of La Habra and Stephanie Brown of Huntington Beach; his mother Marilyn Cheatham of McHenry; his brother Donald Adams of McHenry; his former wife Juana Avila of La Habra; and his grandsons, Andrew and Sean.
