It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip James Williams (Flippin, Arkansas), born in Harrison, Arkansas, who passed away on June 11, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Cindy Aaron and Robert Henry James, Jr.; and his sister Peggy Walker. He is survived by: his daughters, Phyllis Williams of Gassville, Amanda James, Annona Williams, Iwana Priest of Aurora and Deanna Scallion of Lampe.
