It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Johnson of Flippin, Arkansas, who passed away on November 17, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patsy Johnson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Carrico and Ruth Carrico; her husband Hal Johnson; her sisters, Frances Osborn and Linda Schultz; her niece Cindy Smith; and her nephew John McCracken.

She is survived by: her husband's children, Jan, Mark and Jennifer; her grandchildren, Marley, Abe, Grant and Blake; her children, Jan Kucala (Stan), Mark Johnson of Cotter, Arkansas and Jennifer Scharf (David) of Collierville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Matthew Kucala (Kerry), Erin Andrews (Clayton), Taylor Scharf, Hallie Scharf and Adam Scharf; and her sister Sharlyn Lechtenberger of Fayetteville. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
