She was predeceased by: her parents, Judson Prindle and Gracie Lorene Prindle (Moore); her husband Joe Williams; and her former husband Jerry Grayham. She is survived by: her children, Keela Grayham-Walters of Harrison, Arkansas, Robert Grayham (Derecca) of Harrison, Arkansas and Chad Grayham (Amanda) of Dardanelle, Arkansas; and her stepchildren, Roger Williams of Fairview, Arkansas, Lisa Chapman of Kansas City and Randall Williams of Flippin, Arkansas. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
