He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Kucala (Sambol) of Flippin, Arkansas; his wife Julie; his children, Brian Glade of Flippin, Arkansas, Alec Kucala (Mallory) of Albuquerque, Jared Glade of Las Vegas, Nevada and Stephanie Kucala of California; his siblings, Stan Kucala (Jan) of Arkansas, Stephen Kucala (Lisa) of Florida, Barbara Kucala of Nevada, Joan Miller of Indiana, Mary Sanders (Shane) of Flippin, Arkansas and Amy Sandack of Illinois; his grandchildren, Xavier Glade, Brentley Glade, Raelynn Glade, Jace Kucala and Addison Kucala; and also Kaitlyn Foster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
