He was predeceased by: his wife Kay Kirkland Wood. He is survived by: his children, Kim Butcher (Marc) of Fairview, Tammy Wood of Flippin and Wayne Wood (Patty) of Flippin; his grandchildren, Stehvin Butcher (Holly) of Flippin, Colbie Butcher (Amy) of Flippin, Hanna Butcher Holtby (Allen) of Everton, Kaylee Wood of Flippin and Karlee Wood (Tanner) of Bald Knob; and his great grandchildren, Kinsley Butcher, Savannah Butcher, Presley Butcher, Easton Butcher, Evelyn Holtby, Coy Holtby and Karter Meachum.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be taken to Flippin City Hall to the attention of Chris Adams in honor of Bo.
