He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Moore. He is survived by: his mother Iva Belle Scott of Jonesboro; his sons, Josh Moore of Waldenburg and Jeremy Moore (Samantha) of Sour Lake, Texas; his siblings, Cherie Sprouse of Weiner, Melanie Hart (Jeff) of Jonesboro and Wayne Perkins (Andri) of Jonesboro; and his pet Ollie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
