He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul and Jeanette Bohannan; and his sister Michele Truitt. He is survived by: his significant other Mickie Ward; his mother Lisa Bohannan; the mother of his children Jaz Smedley; his children, Cazper Smedley and Willa Greene; his sister Brandie Tabor (Duncan); his nephew Benton Tabor; his niece Ava Grace Landon; his grandparents, Jimmy Faulkner (Rose Mary Faulkner) and Donna Salley (George Salley); his cousins, Danny Joel Bohannan and Daisy Bohannan; and his uncle Danny Bohannan.
In lieu of flowers donations would be great to be given to Seven Hills Ministries.
