He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Osburn and Eva Evans Osburn; his wife Maggie Creech Osburn; and his siblings, Velma Baker, Wilma Baker, Berniece Isley, Rema Moore, Edgar Osburn, James Osburn and Carl Osburn.
He is survived by: his children, Betty Laird (Jessie) of Huntsville, Arkansas, Bobby (Carlos), Daryl Osburn of Brannon Mountain and Jeff (Jolene) of Winslow; and his siblings, Peggy Drummond of Elkins, Willadean Drummond of Elkins and Lloyd "Sonny" Osburn of Hazel Valley. He is also survived by 35 nieces and nephews.
