He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Tice and Elizabeth Stewart Tice; and his sister-in-law Kim Bouschart. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Tice of Fayetteville, AR; his children, Andy Tice (Carrie) of Springdale, AR, Marty Tice (Morgan) of Greenfield, MO, Michael Tice of Fayetteville, AR and Samantha Tice Albrecht (Mark) of Ringle, WI; and his grandsons, Rhett Tice, Waylon Tice and Eli Tice. He is also survived by four siblings.
