He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill Potteet and Margaret Thompson. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Howard of Fayetteville and Rachel Potteet of Eagle Rock; his siblings, Jesse Potteet of Berryville and Holly Howard of Newport; his daughter Kinsley Howard; and his grandmother Marleen Wheeler of Fayetteville.
