She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Evans and Thelma Estep Evans; and her daughter Denice Miliotti. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Hicks of Pocatello, Idaho, Dennis Harrelson (Aurora) of New York City and Michael Chase of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Brian Hicks, Larry Gardner, DeNae Jones, Amanda Chase, Samantha Chase and Jake Chase. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
