It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vincent Raif Shirley (Fayetteville, Arkansas), who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Douglas Cromeenes, Marie Ingle and Virgil R Shirley; and his brother-in-law Paul Posey. He is survived by: his parents, Wanda Baker and John Shirley; his wife Joy Posey Shirley of Elkins; his children, Jace of Elkins and Bryn Shirley of Elkins; his brother David Shirley (Laura) of Lake Jackson, TX; his parents-in-law, Sandra Posey of Elkins and Tom Posey (Joyce) of Bella Vista; his brother-in-law Ken Posey (Leslie) of Fayetteville; and his nephew Brock Posey (Sara) of Elkins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.
