He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Paul and Donna Mae Titus Mingo; and his brother Stephen Bryan Mingo. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Skaggs Mingo; his children, Joshua Mingo of Michigan, Tashina Rose Stepp of Oark, Arkansas and Courtney Dawn Skaggs of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his siblings, Russ Mingo (Ann), Dick Mingo (Barb), Doug Mingo (Sue), Donny Mingo (Brenda), David Mingo (Cheryl) and Denice Clark (Jim); his sister-in-law Jackie Hamblin; and his grandchildren, Emily, Gabby, Talan and Memphis.
