He was predeceased by: his parents, John Reyburn and Pauline Crocker; and his brother Johnny Crocker. He is survived by: his wife Jenny; his daughter Rachelle Sale; his son-in-law Eric; his granddaughters, Amber, Lindsey and Allie; and his sister Judy Crocker. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
