He is survived by: his wife Nancy Campbell; his sons, Keith Campbell (Vickie), Brent Campbell (Teresa), Thomas Campbell (Debbie) and Scott Campbell (Tanya); and his sisters, Jean Ann and Sally. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren.
