He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Shirley Jones and Virginia Pardue Jones; his wife Ramona Carol Ellison Jones; his son Robert Michael Jones; his stepchildren, Dawn Noelle Benton (Thomas) and Jay Wilson (Lauren Johnson); and his grandchildren, Hillary Hunter, Andrew Benton and Nova Johnson.
