He was predeceased by: his parents, Seab Sam and Pearl Eula Pyles Nelson. He is survived by: his children, Katy Nelson-Ginder (Grant) of Fayetteville, Matt Nelson of Booneville and Sam Nelson of Saint Louis, Missouri; his sister Wynema Littlefield of Fort Smith; his nephew Buddy Littlefield of Booneville; his niece Kathy Snyman of Springdale; and his grandchildren, Austin Zimmerman, Moxie Liles, Rees Nelson, Rebekah Nelson and Ruthie Nelson.
