She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tando and Florence Maxine Tando (Salsbury); her husband Floyd Carl Shelley; and her children, Tamora Reena Shelley, Tina Louise Smith, Blake Shelley and Michael Shelley.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Paul Smith of Fayetteville; and her grandchildren, Bill Smith (Tiffany) of Saint Paul, Carl Smith of Fayetteville, John Shelley (Melissa) of Farmington, James Shelley (Lauren) of Fayetteville, Jesse Shelley of Farmington, Whitney Riley of Fayetteville and Nicohle Mackey (John) of Fayetteville. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
