She is survived by: her mother Ruth Evelyn Johnson (Griffin) of Hot Springs; her son Blaine Leslie (Ashley) of Cave Springs; her grandchildren, Nathan and Olivia; her daughter Megan Leslie of Fayetteville; her sister Evelyn; and her brother-in-law Mitch Golleher of Hot Springs. She is also survived by loving niece and nephews.
