He is survived by: his father George Herbert (Connie) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his daughter Addyson Thorn of Dyer, Arkansas; his mother Rachel Garrett (Bradley) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and his siblings, Kyle Bartz (Erin) of Springdale, Kevin Garrett (Misty) of West Fork, Arkansas, Devetta McKay (Mike) of Missouri, Carol Tanner of Springdale, Sheila White (Wayman) of Wesley, Denise McAneair (Brian) of Arkansas, Brandi Bowers (Doug Anderson) and Bridgett Bartz of Seattle, Washington. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
