He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Wilson and Bess Wilson; his brothers, Ralph and Wayne; and his daughter Sue Ellen.
He is survived by: his son John (Sarah) of Independence, KS; his wife Virginia Kerr; his son-in-law Larry Ward of Fayetteville; his sister Carolyn Ellis of Nashville; and his grandchildren, Michael Ward (Tara), Sam and Emily Wilson. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to First United Presbyterian Church or the Salvation Army.
