She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Amos and Merle Amos (Barnes); her husband John Elvin Box, Jr.; her sisters, Helen Florer, Elsie Carmical and Arlene Renner; and her grandson Charles Christian Fairchild.
She is survived by: her brothers, Gerald Amos and Nelson Amos; her children, Linda Kearbey (Box) of Springdale and Terry G. Box of Wheeler; and her granddaughters, Amy A. Fairchild of Fayetteville, Arkansas. and Bradyn J. Box of Fayetteville, Arkansas..
