With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosemary McCarter (Fayetteville, Arkansas), who passed away on May 30, 2019 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Phillips and Mabel Phillips; and her brother Mike Phillips. She is survived by: her son Wes Hill (Stacci) of Springdale; her grandchildren, Audrey Tipton (Tyler) of Prairie Grove and Jaccob Hill of Springdale; and her siblings, Lisa Jahnke, Debbie Zumbahlen, Dennis and Bobby Phillips.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in honor of Rosie McCarter, to the Jaccob Hill College Account to any Arvest Bank.
