With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald Lee Frede of Fayetteville, Arkansas, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 30, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frede and Martha Frede (Turpin); his wife Jenny Frede; and his parents-in-law, Fred and Wilma McCoy.

He is survived by: his children, Lee Frede and Holly Smardo (Fred Smardo); his grandchildren, Dr. Carissa Sherwood (Jared Sherwood) and Dr. Craig Smardo (Alexandra Richardson); and his brother-in-law Fred McCoy.

Memorial contributions can be made in his honor to Saint Jordan's United Church of Christ.
