He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lackey and Maudie Keys Lackey; his siblings, Patsy Wiles, Sue Mounce, Leroy Lackey and J. D. Lackey; and his grandson Christopher Lackey.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Lackey; his children, Michelle Lackey of Fayetteville, Aaron Lackey (Amor) of Goshen and Ricky Lackey (ShaLinda Sharp) of Rogers; his grandchildren, Molli Boyd, Makenzie Wolfe, Aylah Lackey, Joshua Rowlins, Jacob Lackey and Abby Rowlins; and his great grandchild Payton Wolfe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
