He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Collins; and his parents, Joe Collins and Ruth Collins. He is survived by: his daughters, Lauren Collins (Andy Brown) of Lowell and Lindsey Collins of Oklahoma City; and his siblings, Jay Collins (Maxann), JoRene Mills (Chet) and Rita Hall (Paul). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
