He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert William Popalisky, Sr. and Nina Popalisky. He is survived by: his wife Mindy Davis Popalisky; his children, Jason Popalisky, Elizabeth Teer Popalisky and Matt Popalisky; and his sister Karen Tabb.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery (1000 S Lt Col Leroy Pond Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701).
