Patsy Carpenter Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chalmas E. Wynne and Ruby Grace Kimbell Wynne; her husbands, James Cooper and Hubert Carpenter; and her siblings, Billie Wynne Holverson, Grace Wynne Cooper, Jean Wynne, Edwin "Sonny" Wynne and Richard Perry Wynne.
She is survived by: her son Russell; her daughter-in-law Nancy Cooper of Fayetteville, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Carolyn (Parker Howard) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Will Webb of Denver, Colorado and Wade (Victoria Webb) of Cleves; her great grandchildren, Jack, Sally Howard of Fayetteville, Tripp and Tilly Webb of Cleves; her sister-in-law Shirley Wynne of Bullard; and her nieces, Patsy, Joyce Schaeffer of Paris and Jan Weiberg of Paris. She is also survived by stepchildren, nieces, nephews, and blended family members.
