We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2021, at the age of 86, Owen Pedley Kelly in Fayetteville, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kelly and Lavina Kelly (Van Dusan); and his siblings, Tony, Leslie, John, Alphonse and Lavina Lee.
He is survived by: his brother Edward Kelly; and his nephews, Frank Lee and John Kelly III. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
