She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jacob Seidel and Esther Elise Zimmerman Seidel; her husband Leo Ledgerwood Van Scyoc; her son-in-law John Gordon Holcomb of Fayetteville; her stepgrandson Walter Aidan Robinson of Fayetteville; and her siblings, Walter Seidel of Phillipsburg, Donald Seidel of Duluth, Eugene Seidel of Tipton, Elna Germer of Hebron and Vera Anne Hemphill of Lincoln, Nebraska..
She is survived by: her children, Joyce V. Van Scyoc Bocksnick (John) of Willow Spring, Carol E. Van Scyoc (Walter Robinson) of Fayetteville, Eric L. Van Scyoc (Jo Ann) of Bay Village and Karl C. Van Scyoc (Brenda) of Magnolia, Texas; her grandson Hans Bocksnick (Megan) of Charleston; and her stepgranddaughter Amy Robinson Wilkes (Jessie) of Huntsville, Arkansas..
