He is survived by: his wife Christina Wallen; his daughter Skyler Wallen of Fayetteville; his parents, Jerry Wallen, Sr. of Williamson and Judy Wallen of Williamson; his siblings, Sheryl Weldon (Marcus) of Williamson and Jerry Wallen II; his wife Elizabeth of Ozark; his nephew Trent Baker of Williamson; his uncles, Jackie Taylor of Fayetteville and John Wallen of Hitchcox; and also, Brett Taylor of Farmington, Houston Taylor of Fayetteville and Criss Wallen of Hitchcox.
