He is survived by: his parents, Bill Rivers and Carolyn Neff Rivers of Fayetteville; his sister Jennifer Bliss (Billy) of Seguin, Texas; his grandmother Colleen Neff; and his aunts and uncles, Joe Neff (Catherine), Jeffrey Neff (Kathy), Jon Neff, Lynne Neff and Donna Bolen (Paul).
