He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Wilkins and Charlotte Wilkins. He is survived by: his wife DesiReé Schrader; his children, Blake Michael Wilkins of California and Bailey Breann Wilkins of Arkansas; and his brothers, David Wilkins of Northwest Arkansas, Larry Wilkins of Northwest Arkansas, Richard Wilkins of Northwest Arkansas and James Wilkins of Northwest Arkansas. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
