She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Culp (Jim) of Elkins, Wesley Burkett, Jr. of Fayetteville and Michelle Kelsay (James) of Durham; and her sister Patricia Welker of Wichita, Kansas. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
