It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margie R. Starnes (Fayetteville, Arkansas), born in Saint Paul, Arkansas, who passed away on April 29, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar Shipp and Nora Mae Mayes Shipp; her sons, Larry and Gene Schell; and her brother Harvey Shipp.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Starnes; her son Jackie Schell of Winslow; her stepchildren, Ronnie, Carline and Marilyn; and her siblings, Lucille Eldridge of Springdale, Linda Jennings of Farmington and H. M. Shipp of Farmington. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
