He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Ruby Elizabeth Loman; his siblings, Roy Kay Loman (Mary), Geneva Rae Moore (Harold) of Shawnee and Louise Ramsey (Robert) of Grandview, Missouri; his sister-in-law Mary Lou Loman; his nieces, Connie Ramsey Halbasch and Cynthia Ramsey Combs of Kansas City; and his nephew Frank Loman of Shawnee.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Donna Mullins (Jim) of Fayetteville and Gerald Loman (Marie) of Lincoln, Ala; his grandchildren, Robyn Mullins Taylor (Rod) of Elm Springs, Michelle Mullins Peevy of Montgomery Alabama and John David Mullins (Becka) of Fayetteville; and his great grandchildren, Blake Taylor (Megan), Sarah Taylor, Brandon Taylor, Kaylee Peevy, Kaitlyn Mullins, John Werner Mullins and James Porter Mullins.
