He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marion Wesley Scarbrough and Laura Ruth Scarbrough; his brother Donald Wesley Scarbrough; his daughter Angela Marie Morris; his wife Velma Scarbrough; his sister Dona Mildred Robinson of Bartlesville; and his children, Dale Scarbrough of Fayetteville, Irving Scarbrough of Springdale, Allen Scarbrough of Tontitown Arkansas and Sharon Ruth Eifler of Bartlesville. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
