She is survived by: her husband John Lightner; her children, Andrea Lawson of Springdale, Kevin Lightner (Karen) of Springdale, Bryan Parsons (Sherry) of Springdale and Debbie Sarmiento (Johnny) of Edmond, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Amber Johnson, Dustin Johnson, Brandon Johnson, Daphne Parsons, Jessy Parsons, Logan Lightner, Luke Lightner, Lucia Lightner and Dominic Sarmiento; and her great grandchildren, Maison, Landon, Peyton, Olivia Phipps, Tate and Maci Johnson.
