He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Collins and Deanna Fraker (Baker); his sister Caitlin Percival (Matt) of Stella, Missouri; and his grandparents, Linda Brown of Springdale, Roberta Fraker of Rogers and Bobby Baker (June) of Wesley.
