She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Skelton and Freida Skelton (Thompson); and her husband Homer Gene Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Cosby (Steve) of Springdale, AR; her grandson Grant Cosby (Olivia) of Springdale; her great grandchild Minnie Cosby; her granddaughter Morgan Cosby (Sheldon Gaesswitz) of Farmington; and her cousins, Randall Caselman of Farmington and Carol Dorman.
