He is survived by: his sons, Michael Crum (Amy) of Orlando, Anthony Crum (Lisa) of Rogers and Phillip Crum (Laura) of Cabot, Arkansas; and his sisters, Shirley Floyd of Alexander and Ola Mae Taylor of Marion, Arkansas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
