He is survived by: his wife Linda Jean Higgins; his children, Bryan Lapel (Jennifer) of Carmel, Indiana and Michelle McFadden (Mike) of Rogers, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Kaylin, Thomas Baldwin, Andrew Lapel (Alyssa Lurillo), Luke, Anna McFadden, Matthew Lapel and Abby McFadden.
