With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lavada West (Fayetteville, Arkansas), born in Van Buren, Arkansas, who passed away on November 18, 2018 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lavada West to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry West and Iva West; and her siblings, Helen Martin, Sue Phillips, Linda Thomas, Perry West Jr and Carsey West.

She is survived by: her niece Reverend Cathy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

The family request that donations be made to the Arkansas Children's Hospital.
