He is survived by: his wife Eula Kelly; his children, Larry Kelly (Jamie) of Fayetteville, Jerry Kelly (Bailey) of Fayetteville, Lee Kelly (Jennifer) of Bella Vista and Melanie Kelly of Boise, ID; and his stepchildren, Kristy Fultz (Brady) of Bella Vista and Cindie Keen of Fayetteville. He is also survived by six grandkids; three great grandkids.
