It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kipp Douglas Rule of Fayetteville, Arkansas, born in Carbondale, Illinois, who passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Nelson Rule and Sharon Rule of Pinckneyville, IL.; his children, Sean, Grayson Rule of Frederick, MD, Jaimilyn Marlow (Kyle) of Coulterville, IL and Faleshia Quillman of Sparta, IL; and his siblings, Nicole McKinley (Mike) of Washington, IL and Garrison Rule of Wilmington, NC. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and two nieces.
