She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward "Eddie" Phillips and Charlotte Fern Phillips (Welch); her siblings, Junior, James Pergeson and Becky Beggs; and her nephew Steven Beggs.
She is survived by: her children, Ryan Hall (Jenny) and Renae Cook (David); her grandchildren, Justin Hall (Jennie), Allison Hall, Logan Hall, Anna Cook and Shiann Cook; her great grandchildren, Payton Hall and River Hall; her stepparents, Melvin Pergeson and Diana Phillips; and her siblings, Don Pergeson, Eric Pergeson, Roxianna Ash and Marjorie Sparks. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extended family and friends.
